I'm Anne Genduso, a certified executive coach, certified career coach and founder of MPWR Services (est. 2018).

My mission is to help women rediscover career happiness & level up their leadership impact so they can make even more of a mark in their company, community and the world.

By leveraging scientifically-proven strategies, I can take you from feeling unappreciated, overwhelmed, and stuck, to empowered and confident as you move toward a more fulfilled career where your voice is heard and your counsel is valued.

I believe that when you make decisions that are aligned with your strengths, values and interests, you reignite the spark in your career and tap back into a sense of adventure, excitement and professional growth.

And when you’re happy at work, you can be the successful, effective leader you've always dreamed of being.

To reach your goals, it may mean staring down your fears and tapping into your inner courage to take bold actions. While it's not always easy, it's possible. Some bold actions I’ve taken throughout my life include:

Moving my entire life to a city I had only visited once four days before on a job interview
Negotiating for promotions and higher salaries throughout my career
Embarking on the exciting (and scary!) journey of motherhood
Gaining executive buy-in and building a brand new team from the ground up
Exiting a long-term marriage to live authentically without compromising my own values for someone else’s
Quitting a mismatched job, going back to the classroom and pivoting my career so I could pursue my passion to help women leaders reignite their spark and make their mark.

Previously, I spent 16 years counseling some of the nation's leading corporate and nonprofit executives on integrated communications strategies while directing high-performing teams. As a consultant, I helped clients uncover what they really wanted and find creative ways to solve their problems. As a leader, I coached staff to set bold goals, develop their natural strengths and stretch their talents in new ways.

As a coach, I put those same skills to use in helping high-achieving women rediscover happiness and passion in their careers, so they can be better, more transformative leaders.
